"It was a Saturday afternoon when ice maker water line on fridge broke. Wasn't sure who to call, had used thrifty before so I called them in a panic. Daniel was here within minutes he was able to turn off the water but obviously appliance repair will need someone else. He chose not to charge me for visit, said he didn't really do anything. This couldn't be further from the truth , he brought comfort for an elderly couple. Thank you Daniel! I highly recommend this business.w"

"Great work, very fair price. Repaired gas leaks on a commercial boiler & water line leaks."
"They are super affordable and work fast. I appreciate them getting the job done quickly but also doing it correctly."
"Prompt, professional, and thorough. This family owned business has extremely fair pricing while maintaining a high degree of quality. Their foreman and the boss of the company were out today to solve a clogged sewer line and discovered several other issues while scoping the line with the camera. It was fascinating to watch and also invaluable information as I would have continued to have worsening issues. Can’t recommend them enough."
"Fast service from start to finish !
Excellent professional contractor !
Highly recommend!"
"They really helped me out of a jam needed hot water. They were there there the next day unbelievable."
"This is the third time I have used Thrifty, and I remain a highly satisfied customer. Mike (the owner) and his son repaired a corroded pipe which had cause a considerable leak and damage to our upstairs flooring and downstairs ceiling. Another local company quoted a complicated repair project that would have taken days to fix and a five figure repair bill. Mike ended up doing the repair in less than half a day, and charged a very reasonable fee at 5% of the other quote. A day later, everything is ship-shape and we are back to normal around here, breathing a sigh of relief. Many thanks to Mike and his team. They are consummate professionals and really care about the work that they do. They get our highest recommendation!"
"Mike installed two toilets quickly and efficiently. Very reliable and informative at fair pricing!"
"We had been plagued by a strong, intermittent urine smell in a bedroom for months. I had thoroughly cleaned everything and eventually suspected that our original (70+ y.o.) cast iron plumbing may have been to blame, as the main line ran underneath the floor in the bedroom with the odor. We had sluggish drains as well, and decided to go ahead with a full re-pipe under the house. We got 3 quotes, and Thrifty came in at the best price. One quote was nearly double. Another quote came in somewhere in the middle, but the plumber never sent a written estimate and was hard to get ahold of! Mike’s team came out on a Saturday morning and worked for nearly 12 hours to complete the job in a day, so that we could have running water by the end of the day. You just don’t see men work as hard as his crew did very often anymore. Right proud of them. Best of all, the urine smell is gone! They even spread some kitty litter down beneath the house to help absorb any dampness or odor. I’m beyond delighted with their work. 10/10 recommend!"
"Prompt, explained everything that was needed to get both toilets fixed and friendly."
"I had all my sewer and drain lines replaced under my house. Thirfty plumbing is who you want to call they do prompt excellent work very reasonable prices and you will not be disappointed give them a call for any plumbing needs. I will definitely use them again"
"I recently hired Thrifty Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mike handled the job personally and was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through my options, and made sure I understood everything before starting the work.
The pricing was fair and transparent — no surprises, no upselling, and no BS. Just honest work done the right way. The quality of the repair was excellent, and everything was cleaned up afterward.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that values integrity and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Thrifty Plumbing and Mike if you want plumbing work done right at a fair price."
"They are best in the town
The prices are amazing and so friendly n faithful highly recommended them 👍"
"Mike did a great job replacing our garbage disposal with a new one. Fast and professional. Good price and he charged the same amount from the estimate he gave. He called when he was on the way and arrived on schedule. Definitely would recommend! They also do remodeling so I will be calling them again soon to replace my kitchen countertops and kitchen sink. Thanks again Mike!"
"Over the past 15+years Mike Weed has helped us at our Knights Ferry property with a wide range of plumbing issues. Fixed leaking pipes, replaced an electric water heater (while installing this he corrected the electrical panel), and most recently Mike and David replaced the very old and tree rooted sewer pipe and replaced the toilet. Always showed up on time, resolved the issues to our satisfaction and charged a fair price for quality work. Always excellent. Highly recommend Thrifty Plumbing."
"Thrifty plumbing. Is the best they fix my sewer and. Replaced my bathroom tub faucets and. The leak I had. Fast. And done correctly ..I'm very happy"
"I would like to thank Thrifty Plumbing for fixing our sewer line. A BIG thank you to Taze and Keith for their excellent work. Good job guys. 🙂"
"Had Thrifty plumbing come out for a coupe little leaks we were having. They called to confirm and showed up when they said they would be there. They were very professional and respectful of property and me of course. They were done fairly quick and I was very happy with the job. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs I need in the future. I always like to use someone local to support out growing smaller businesses."
"I live in a duplex and my landlord finally found someone to take care of a pipe leak. The workers were very good and did a great job. They even cleaned up the area when they were done and did any concrete work that was necessary to replace a pipe. I would highly recommend them for any job and this was a big one. We had the leak for months and no one else could find it, let alone fix it."
"Mike is very good at his job and honest. We have been using Thrifty for many years, and will continue."
"My bathrooms desperately needed to be remodeled And My dads's bathroom also needed to be made safer for him to use. I contacted Thrifty plumbing and they came right out to give an estimate and a week later the first bathroom was being remodeled. Ryan was so easy to work with. I told him basically what I wanted and he came up with fantastic suggestions and design choices. Communication was fantastic, I was kept informed of any changes to the schedule. Everything came out beyond my expectations. I would hire Ryan and his crew again in a second."
"Had to completely redo a bathroom shower with all the plumbing and even all the framework thanks to a bad deal on a quote fully remodeled home. But these guys helped me out and it looks great. It was fast for all the demo and everything they had to do. And the price was great for great work. Fully recommend these guys."
"We recently had two plumbing issues in our home; the water heater died after 60ish years and the bathtub spout was dripping. Thrifty Plumbing was amazing with their reasonable pricing, customer service, and the speed with which they fixed both problems. Truly appreciate the honest and transparent conversations for both quotes. Great job to that team!"
"Great company. They called ahead to confirm they were on their way. They came when they promised. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again."
"Love this company. We have had hit and miss experiences with plumbers since moving to Riverbank last year, but these folks are the real deal. We have had Keith out here twice in the last week and he has done a bang up job for us. Highly recommend them."
